New regulations for the payment of VAT between different countries have been put in place by the European Community:

The recipient (you) in certain cases may be required to pay VAT, administrative costs (and for Switzerland import taxes).

These charges are not for us, they go to your country's taxes through the postal service.

If you refuse to pay these taxes and the package is returned to us, we will refund the order minus the actual shipping costs. (which may be higher than the flat rate of 16.20 euros)

SALE AND DELIVERY

Please note: No delivery "GENERAL DELIVERY" on postal box "PO BOX " or Military address like ship on seas or overseas operations (sorry about that. 2 reasons why: we are not sure to send to reach you in the good place  and  the major reason : is your safety)

 Europe : we deliver the following countries only :

Austria, Belgium,Denmark, Eire, Finland, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein,Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

The Amount of postage fees to be added to the order total is 16,20 euros Regardless of the the number of items (Whether you take 1,2,5 or 10 items or more .. the Amount of EUR 16,20 in total).

 For non Euros countries currency conversion will be done by Paypal.

North America deliveries: USA, Canada :

From May 1st 2014, we no longer do shipping to Canada and USA. Sorry about that !

(No delivery outside of Europe.)
Do not try to "force" the order, in which case all orders with non-European postal code are automatically canceled and refunded. 

Order:

The order goes in stages: After selecting or item (s), the customer fills in the secure area of ??the identification form with their name and shipping address. The client verifies the accuracy of the details and they are well complete.

The customer has the option, before confirming the order, to check the details thereof and the total price and to correct any errors before confirming it to express its acceptance. The order is confirmed after acceptance of the terms and conditions (validation by the client by double click).

All orders confirmed by the Customer is the sales contract and full acceptance of the conditions of sale.




PAYMENT:

DO NOT SEND CASH . NEVER !
payment by cash and C.o.d are not accepted.


The Payments may be made either:

- By Card (credit or debit) , Payment security is provided by Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account.



The customer pays directly on the site in the secure area.

Delivery address:

Indicate precisely address (VERY IMPORTANT: Your name must be indicated on the mailbox, otherwise the package will be returned by post and you will pay once again the shipping so that we can send it to again).


We do not ship to PO box or miltary address ( ships on seas or overseas operations).


To avoid delays, we remember, legibly your e-mail address so we can contact you in case of problems (we do not phone).

Packet pending at the post office and returned to us because you did not go to withdraw it: For shipments left pending at post office and you did not go to the post office and sent back to us . You will have to pay a second time the shipping costs so that we can send it again.

If these new shipping costs exceed the amount of the package (6.55 euros for France, 16.20 euros for Belgium and Switzerland), you will have to pay the actual amount of shipping costs.


PRICES: Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include all taxes european taxes.

 

SHIPPING:

 Total price of the items will be added a fixed amount of 6,55 euros for shipping (delivery in France) 

or 16,20 euros (delivery in  Austria, Belgium,Denmark, Eire, Finland, Germany, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein,Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland).

Warning for Switzerland can be taken him to pay customs fees based on the amount of tax the goods.

 

 

 DELIVERY CONDITIONS:

 
Shipments are packages depending on the size of the items and their value is:
All shipments are done with a tracking number.


In case of loss of control shall be refunded or replaced after review and investigation of La Poste or your local  postal service.


Caution: If the Post confirms delivery, there is no refund.

Extract Specific conditions of sale Post: "Distribution of the package without a signature in the mailbox of the recipient [...] The information recording distribution information system La Poste is evidence of it ... "

 

If you wish to expressly delivery against signature (no extra charge), please notify us when ordering.

Payment by credit card or paypal, on average the package is delivered to you in 6/7  working days for Europe .




RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

 You have the period of 14 days from receipt to return the goods, (period provided for in Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code. You can ask us for exchange or repayment of amounts that have been paid.

 

Item must be returned intact in its original packaging or other packaging solid default, if the item is returned damaged due to inadequate or because it has been brought otherwise packaging for a fitting home, (ie just enough time to see if the size is appropriate, and not after several hours) it will not be exchanged or refunded. The return is at your expense.

- Postage fees to send us back items, are assumed by you. (From you to us).

- We assume postage fees to send to you the new items (From us to you).


Send the parcel with tracking number service. (Distribution without signature or distribution withsignature). Never send a package without tracking number service, in case of loss the insurance of The Post office would not work. The number of tracking will serve as proof that you did well the sending.

Join the copy of the invoice which was joined(contacted) in the package (or indicate on pure paper the number of  order and indicate " exchange for: " with the deliberate size. We recommendyou to send us an e-mail previously so that we book the article which you wish (it is compulsory not at all for you, it serves only to assure you)



REFUNDS:

By law, the repayment is made within 14 days from the date of return of the item. You will be refunded the price of the item and the shipping of the way (if the order that included "a single item and it is returned to us).

 

FAULT or ERROR us:

If returning the item is due to an error on our part or a defect in the goods the shipping costs will be refunded. Please get in touch before.
